May 2024 - FH Global Leadership Forum, Bangkok, Thailand
In May 2024, I managed a global leadership forum in Bangkok, Thailand, bringing together 124 senior executives from 31 countries at the Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort. The challenge: coordinating a multi-day international program across time zones, remotely from the US. The outcome: zero day-of incidents, all sessions on schedule, and the client described it as the most seamlessly executed forum in the organization's history.
